ANTIPOL and TRD
Two treatment facilities for the storage, the treatment and the recovery of your hazardous industrial waste.

Reception, identification and first chemical analysis :
Our centres are equipped with laboratories for chemical analysis, key points of the plants. Before reception, samples of the products are sent there to determine whether they are compatible with the range of materials authorized on the site by order.
The results of the chemical analysis are kept on computer. A reference sample database is managed.
A first acceptance certificate is given, authorizing the producer to deliver the materials to our facilities.
At reception, the products are systematically controled and analyzed again in order to check their compatibility with the acceptance certificate.

Weighing, unloading, directing the products at reception :
After analysis at reception, defective vehicles are weighed, and then directed to discharging or deconditioning areas - storage. The products are then considered as "received" on the treatment plant.
According to nomenclatures and physicochemical characteristics, storage is organized in tanks or dedicated storage areas. The products, only then, go through the preparation or treatment phase.

Storage, transit, gathering and treatment :
Water-hydrocarbons mixtures containing less than 5% hydrocarbons are recovered by a process developed and patended by our companies. VIDAM uses the evapo-incineration whereas SNAM uses the evapo-concentration. These two processes concentrate the hydrocarbons which will be used as a fuel to allow the evaporation of the aqueous phase.
Liquids can be prepared first by Tricantation. This mechanical process divides the organic, aqueous and muddy phases in order to direct them to the appropriate shops.
Solids, which can be recovered in a cement factory or any other specialized treatment plant, need to be deconditioned and prepared.
The packagings, often damaged at reception, are emptied to be destroyed.
Resins, paints, additives and other products which can be gathered together are conditioned in new and secured packagings.
Products which cannot be reconditioned individually are prepared on a retention surface to be sent as a fuel substitute for ciment factories or for incineration in specialized centres.
The products gathered together are stored in a pre treatment building on retention areas, waiting to be sent to recovering plants.

Computer traceability :
All the steps of the products' treatment, from the collection at the producer's to their disposal or their sending to a final treatment centre, are registered and checked on an IT system. This traceability is made concrete by the edition of a Waste Follow up Note (BSD).
Reception, treatment and outing registers are kept up to date to meet the DRIRE's requirements as regards control on the plant activities.

Geographic proximity :
Their installation, in Vendée (85) and in Picardie (80), makes it easy to anwser your needs locally.
